Stefany Reed utilizes the best of clinical social work through a transpersonal lens, opening the

door to a variety of healing modalities used for centuries by indigenous and non-Western

cultures. As a trauma-informed coach, she supports clients in reducing anxiety, depression, and

PTSD to experience greater joy, purpose, and meaning. Stefany is known for being real and

accessible, using humor and affirmation to help clients overcome long-held stories of

victimhood and embrace their innate power and insight.

Stefany Reed earned a Masters in Transpersonal Psychology (MATP) from Sophia University in

Palo Alto in 2003, where she studied with Dr. Jim Fadiman, pioneer in the field of psychedelics.

She received her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching

Federation in 2012. Stefany has been a student and teacher of martial arts and “moving ki” for

over 25 years. In 2017, received her Energy Medicine Certification (EMC). Stefany brings the

intersection of modern science and physics to the ancient understanding of energy medicine,

psychedelics, and integrated healing. She incorporates universal practices for clearing energy

imprints and restoring healthy energy flow.

Stefany offers individual transpersonal coaching, classes and workshops, support groups, self-

defense, and personal empowerment. She facilitates local and international wellness retreats

and year-long journeys around the Medicine Wheel. Stefany works with teens, men, women,

LGBTQ, and neurodiverse populations. She has a passion for helping women connect to their

innate power to overcome adversity and thrive.
