Sara Provence

Sara Provence is here to facilitate your transformation journey. When needs go unmet, and issues go unresolved, they continue to infest and entangle our day-to-day well-being. Sara believes therapy is a powerful tool that can assist individuals in reaching their full potential by unlocking old patterns that prohibit growth. Her goal is to provide a safe space to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.

Sara is trauma-informed and operates through the lens of social and racial justice, and is committed to providing person-centered care. She has worked with a wide array of individuals struggling with challenges, including perfectionism, imposter syndrome, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She believes that though these labels may inform treatment, they in no way define an individual.

Some modalities Sara pulls from include person-centered, psychodynamic, narrative, CBT, and systems. She has dedicated a significant amount of her practice to working with womxn, TAY youth, and those within the LGBTQIA+ community. She believes each patient deserves an individualized approach that fits their needs.

For those who may have felt “stuck” with traditional forms of therapy or just curious, Sara is also a certified Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist through PRATI (Psychedelic, Research and Training Institute). Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) integrates the use of medical-grade psychedelics in tandem with traditional therapy to allow for a deeper dive and has the potential to create sustainable shifts.

Sara looks forward to meeting you, exploring options, and potentially building an authentic and collaborative relationship.
