Jimi believes that challenges are a natural part of life and when we are faced with a difficult situation, we are being presented with an opportunity for growth and healing. These can be hard to deal with, especially if you are feeling alone. Reaching out for help is not always easy and takes courage. Jimi believes it is possible to build healthy relationships with ourselves and others, to overcome patterns and beliefs that no longer serve us and to step more fully into our place of authenticity and power . Having a supportive therapeutic relationship can help in this process. Please feel free to reach out for a free consultation.
