Biologist

Brenda Bennett has 12 years of professional experience working as a biologist, botanist, restoration ecologist, and arborist in the western United States. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona.

As a biologist, she regularly works throughout Southern California, identifying and monitoring rare plants, butterflies, and other fauna in various landscapes from chaparral, coastal sage scrub, pine forests, desert transition, and numerous others. Her work is focused on conservation, and she has an intimate knowledge of the region's biodiversity.

Throughout her life, Brenda has found her grounding in nature. From a young age, she knew she wanted to include the outside world in her career and help others tap into the calming effect and wisdom present in the natural world.
